# Account and sign-in

Sign in to 3D-Agent with Google, or with your email and a password.

## Sign in with Google

1. On the sign-in screen, click **Continue with Google**.
2. Finish signing in in your browser. 3D-Agent shows **Waiting for browser...** until you do.

Your browser then hands you back to the app through a `localhost` address. That's normal.

## Sign in with email

1. Enter your email and click **Continue**.
2. If you have an account, you see **Welcome back**. Enter your password and click **Sign in**.
3. If you're new, you see **Create your account**. Choose a password and click **Sign up**.

To use another address, click **Use a different email**. You may be asked to prove you're not a bot.

## Confirm your email

After sign-up, the app shows **Confirm your email**. Follow the link in the confirmation email. Chat stays locked until you do.

> **Warning:** Confirm your email within 24 hours of your first payment to keep chat access.

## Reset or change your password

- **Forgot it:** on the **Welcome back** screen, click **Forgot password?** and follow the link in the email.
- **Change it:** in the [web dashboard](https://app.3d-agent.com/dashboard), go to **Profile** → **Change password** → **Send reset link**.

## Sign out

Open **Settings** → **Account** and click **Sign out**, or use the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
