# Exporting

Everything 3D-Agent builds lives in your Blender scene, so you export it like any Blender model.

## Export from Blender

1. Select the objects to export, or select nothing to export the whole scene.
2. Open **File** → **Export**.
3. Pick a format and set its options.
4. Choose a location and click **Export**.

## Pick a format

| Format | Blender menu entry | Use it for |
| --- | --- | --- |
| FBX | **FBX (.fbx)** | Unity and Unreal Engine, especially with rigs and animation |
| GLB | **glTF 2.0 (.glb/.gltf)** | Godot, the web and most real-time viewers |
| OBJ | **Wavefront (.obj)** | Static meshes in almost any 3D tool |
| USDZ | **Universal Scene Description (.usd*)**, with the `.usdz` extension | Apple AR Quick Look |

To check a GLB file in your browser, drop it into the free [GLB viewer](https://3d-agent.com/glb-viewer).

To print the model, the [Blender for 3D printing](https://3d-agent.com/blender-ai/3d-printing) guide covers watertight meshes, millimeter units and STL export.

## Get assets ready for a game engine

3D-Agent builds quad-dominant meshes with UV unwraps, so they work in game engines, renderers and rigs. Before a game export, ask it to prepare the model:

- *Apply all modifiers and scale on the selected objects.*
- *Set the origin to the bottom center of the model.*
- *Reduce this mesh to about 5,000 triangles.*
