# Settings

Open settings with ⌘, on macOS or Ctrl+, on Windows. Each page covers one part of the app.

## Settings pages

| Page | What's there |
| --- | --- |
| **Account** | Who you're signed in as, **Sign out**, your plan, **Prompt usage** and **Upgrade plan**. See [Account and sign-in](https://3d-agent.com/docs/account). |
| **General** | **App Version** and **Check for Updates**, language, the app data and logs folders, the **Blender path**, spell check and the Discord link. |
| **Agent** | **Max steps per turn** and **Subagents**. See [Agent settings](https://3d-agent.com/docs/agent-settings). |
| **Checkpoints** | Checkpoint history for each Blender file, how many versions to keep, **Reclaim disk now** and **Check health**. See [Checkpoints](https://3d-agent.com/docs/checkpoints#manage-checkpoint-storage). |
| **External agents** | **Allow connections** and setup for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, the ChatGPT app and ComfyUI. Ultra only. See [External agents](https://3d-agent.com/docs/external-agents). |
| **Appearance** | Theme, font size, **Presentation mode**, **Hide scene thumbnails**, notification position and **Reset to Default**. |
| **Shortcuts** | The keyboard shortcuts. See [Keyboard shortcuts](https://3d-agent.com/docs/shortcuts). |
| **Hardware** | Your operating system, processor and memory, and a **System Monitor** button. For information only. |
| **Permissions** | The system permissions 3D-Agent needs, and whether each one works. See [Permissions](https://3d-agent.com/docs/permissions). |

## Blender path

**Settings** → **General** → **Blender** → **Blender path** overrides the Blender that 3D-Agent detects. Leave it blank for automatic detection, or click **Browse** to pick one. See [Connect to Blender](https://3d-agent.com/docs/connect-blender#use-a-blender-in-another-folder).
