# Tutorial: dress a scene with free assets

You'll install three free asset plugins and use them to light, texture and furnish a simple patio. None of them needs an account or a key.

First, [connect 3D-Agent to Blender](https://3d-agent.com/docs/quickstart).

### 1. Install the plugins

Open **Plugins** and install **Poly Haven**, **BlenderKit** and **ambientCG**.

### 2. Block out a scene

> Create a simple outdoor patio: a stone floor, a low wall on two sides and a wooden table in the middle.

### 3. Light it with an HDRI

> Add a Poly Haven sunset HDRI for the lighting.

The HDRI replaces the world lighting.

### 4. Add materials

> Use ambientCG materials: weathered stone for the floor and wall, and oak for the table.

### 5. Add models

> Add four free chairs from BlenderKit around the table and a potted plant in one corner.

The agent lists the BlenderKit assets it added, because each one has its own license.

## Tips

- Downloads default to 2K. Ask for 4K only when you need it. 8K usually times out.
- BlenderKit only returns free assets.
- If a plugin shows **Needs setup**, check the reason on the **Plugins** page. See [Plugin status](https://3d-agent.com/docs/plugins#plugin-status).
