### What does the Basic plan include?

The Basic plan is $19 per month and includes the desktop app, 100 prompts per month, up to 30 steps per turn, and a commercial license. Sub-agents are not included on Basic.

### How much does 3D-Agent cost per month?

3D-Agent cost starts at $19 per month for the Basic plan, $29 per month for Pro, and $89 per month for Ultra. Each plan includes more prompts, deeper steps per turn, and additional sub-agents for production workflows.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current monthly billing period, with no cancellation fees.

### Do I keep ownership and commercial rights to generated models?

You retain ownership of the models you generate. Commercial use is included on every plan.

### What payment methods does 3D-Agent accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, processed securely by Stripe. Customers in China can pay with Alipay, billed through Paddle. All transactions are processed securely.

### What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are only charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period.
