Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how 3D-Agent, an entity of Drexfy, collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website and services.

Effective date: December 1, 2025

Privacy Risk Notice

Information you share with 3D-Agent may be used to operate, analyze, develop, train, evaluate, and improve the product, and may be sent to external LLM, AI model, infrastructure, analytics, support, and security providers. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless you have the right to share it and accept those processing risks.

1. Identity and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the 3D-Agent website and services operated by Drexfy.

3D-Agent is an entity of Drexfy.

This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the categories of data reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

  • Account data (name, email, authentication identifiers).
  • Billing and transaction data (plan, payment status, invoicing records).
  • Technical and usage data (IP address, device, browser, logs, product interactions).
  • Support and communication data (messages, tickets, feedback).
  • Content you submit or make available to the service, including prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, Blender scene data, project metadata, asset metadata, generated scripts, command history, debug data, crash data, and related metadata.
  • Safety, abuse, and security data, including signals used to detect misuse, policy violations, unauthorized access, destructive behavior, data exfiltration attempts, or other suspicious activity.

3. Data You Submit and Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the data and content you submit to 3D-Agent, including ensuring you have the legal rights and permissions to submit it.

You should not submit unlawful content, sensitive information, confidential files, credentials, private keys, regulated data, proprietary data, third-party personal data, or personal data you are not authorized to share.

We may remove content, restrict processing, or suspend access where necessary to address legal, abuse, or security risk.

4. Monitoring, Review, and Enforcement

We may monitor, review, log, analyze, preserve, remove, or restrict prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, usage data, and related metadata when we believe it is necessary to operate the service, improve the product, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, protect users, protect the platform, comply with law, or respond to legal process.

If we believe activity is unlawful, harmful, abusive, unsafe, infringing, or creates legal, security, payment, operational, or reputational risk, we may suspend or terminate access and may share relevant information with law enforcement, regulators, service providers, rights holders, affected parties, or other appropriate recipients where permitted or required by law.

5. How We Use Data

We use personal data only for legitimate business and operational purposes connected to the service.

  • Provide, maintain, and support 3D-Agent features.
  • Authenticate users and protect account security.
  • Process subscription billing and related service operations.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, policy violations, and security incidents.
  • Communicate service notices, policy updates, and support responses.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
  • Improve reliability, performance, and product quality.
  • Develop, train, evaluate, test, debug, secure, and improve AI systems, workflows, prompts, integrations, features, and related products.
  • Detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to malware-like behavior, destructive automation, data exfiltration, unauthorized access, fraud, scraping, abuse, and misuse.

6. AI Processing and Product Improvement

Information you share with 3D-Agent, including prompts, uploaded files, scene data, usage logs, support messages, generated outputs, and related metadata, may be used to operate, debug, analyze, develop, train, evaluate, and improve 3D-Agent and related products.

3D-Agent may send information you provide to external large language model providers, AI model providers, infrastructure providers, and other service providers so they can process requests, generate outputs, host infrastructure, provide security, troubleshoot issues, and help us improve the product.

External providers may process, store, log, review, or otherwise handle submitted information under their own systems, security controls, retention practices, subprocessors, locations, terms, and privacy policies.

You should not submit sensitive, confidential, regulated, proprietary, credential-related, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so, have implemented appropriate safeguards, and are comfortable with that information being processed for these purposes.

We do not guarantee that information processed by external providers will remain within your country, remain confidential against every possible risk, be deleted on your preferred schedule, or be subject to the same data handling practices as 3D-Agent.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality, security, and service analytics.

You can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality and user experience.

9. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share personal data with service providers and processors that support hosting, analytics, billing, customer support, security operations, AI processing, model inference, product development, and product improvement under contractual obligations where applicable.

We may disclose personal data to authorities, courts, regulators, or counterparties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

Third-party services and processors may apply their own terms and privacy policies, and their independent practices are outside our direct control.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own jurisdiction.

Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers consistent with applicable law.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When data is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with operational and legal requirements.

12. Security Safeguards

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data.

No method of transmission, storage, local execution, AI processing, generated code execution, third-party processing, or product operation is guaranteed to be fully secure, private, accurate, isolated, or uninterrupted. You acknowledge and accept this residual risk when using the service.

Because 3D-Agent may interact with Blender, local files, generated code, external AI providers, and connected tools, you are responsible for limiting what data is available to those environments and for maintaining backups and appropriate access controls.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data.

You may also have the right to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

To protect account security and prevent fraud, we may request identity verification before processing privacy requests.

14. Children and Minors

3D-Agent is not directed to children and is not intended for use by individuals below the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child in violation of applicable law, we may delete the data and restrict related accounts.

15. Policy Changes and Relationship to Terms

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated.

For liability limits, disclaimers, payment terms, and other commercial provisions, the Terms and Conditions govern.
