Troubleshooting
Can’t sign in or verify account
Find the message you see below.
Invalid email or password
Check the email for typos and try again. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? on the Welcome back screen.
If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead.
An account already exists for this email
You already have an account with that address. Try another password, or use Forgot password?.
Couldn’t reach 3D-Agent
3D-Agent can’t reach its servers. Check your internet connection, VPN, proxy or firewall, then try again. Antivirus tools that scan HTTPS connections can also block sign-in.
Sign-in cancelled
You closed the browser window before you finished. Pick a sign-in method and try again.
Confirm your email
Chat is locked until you confirm your email. Follow the link in the confirmation email. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder.
Reconnecting your session
3D-Agent couldn’t verify your sign-in for a moment. It retries on its own. Wait a few seconds.
Couldn’t verify your subscription
The message underneath says what to do:
| Message | Fix |
|---|---|
| This sign-in is no longer authorized | Click Sign in again. |
| We couldn’t check this account’s plan status | Check your connection, then click Retry. |
If your plan still doesn’t show after you sign in again, open a ticket with your account email.
I paid, but the app still asks me to upgrade
Your payment can take a moment to reach the app.
- Wait a minute, then click Retry if you see it.
- Check that you’re signed in with the email you paid with.
- Sign out and sign in again.
- Update 3D-Agent.
If it still asks, open a ticket with the email you paid with and your receipt.
Secure storage errors
3D-Agent keeps your session in your system’s secure storage.
| Message | Fix |
|---|---|
| Stronghold unavailable | Restart 3D-Agent and accept the keychain or keyring prompt. |
| Windows reported no interactive logon session | Sign in to Windows directly, not through a remote or service session, then restart 3D-Agent. |
If 3D-Agent can’t read its saved sign-in, it clears it and asks you to sign in again. This can happen after you move to a new computer or reinstall macOS. If you set a custom Blender path, set it again.
