Getting started
Install and requirements
3D-Agent (3d-agent.com ) runs on macOS and Windows and works with Blender 4.2 or later.

Get Blender from blender.org or Steam. The Microsoft Store version isn’t supported. There’s no Linux version of 3D-Agent.
Install on macOS
- Download the installer from 3d-agent.com/download . It works on Apple Silicon and Intel.
- Open the
.dmgand drag 3D-Agent into Applications. - Open 3D-Agent.
- When macOS asks to let 3D-Agent find devices on your local network, click Allow. 3D-Agent needs this permission to talk to Blender.
Install on Windows
- Download the installer from 3d-agent.com/download .
- Run the
.msiand follow the installer. - On You’re all set, keep Launch 3D-Agent checked and close the installer.
3D-Agent installs for all users in Program Files\3D-Agent. If Windows asks to let it through the firewall, allow it on private networks. See Permissions.
First launch
- Sign in with Google or with email and password.
- Choose a plan if you don’t have one.
- Open Blender. 3D-Agent installs its
agent_3dextension and connects.
Uninstall
- macOS: quit 3D-Agent and drag it from Applications to the Trash.
- Windows: use Uninstall 3D-Agent in the Start menu, or Settings → Apps.
